Study skills help relieve test anxiety

Autumn quarter is wrapping up, and exam anxiety can be overwhelming to students. If you have gone through this quarter in hopes of turning to a significant course to help you learn more effectively, then you should consider taking College Study Skills next term. There are students who have raised their GPA, identified their problem with studying, achieved positive attitudes during studying and test taking, and even made the Dean’s List, with help from the Study Skills courses.
