Career Services offers job search help

Many of you are graduating in the Spring and will be searching for a job. You want to be as prepared as you can. Career Services at RWC is offering an “Interviewing” workshop that will help you get the skills you need to represent yourself well.

The dates for the “Interviewing” workshop are Wednesday, February 21, at noon and Thursday, February 22 at 1 p.m.

Also being offered is the “Test Anxiety” workshop which will help alleviate fear associated with taking quizzes and exams.

The dates for the “Test Anxiety” workshop are Wednesday, February 28, at noon, and Thursday, March 1, at 1 p.m.

Both workshops are one hour each and are in Room 151 of Muntz Hall.

Another important service offered is the Career Services website at http://www.uc.edu/career, where you can get helpful information on part-time and full-time jobs. There is information about ways to improve yourself to meet the needs of a prospective employer. The website also provides information on employers and what they are looking for.
