E-Media students take part in Cincinnati television history

E-Media Cincinnati Television History students have been gaining valuable production credits by being directly involved with the cataloging of historical documentation. The students have been hard at work most of the quarter, helping to restore and document a large collection of video and film donated from WLWT Channel 5. The material will be available in a historical library for E-Media students to use in future courses. A small group of students also participated in a photo shoot over the weekend, to document a variety of vintage television sets from the 40’s and 50’s (all of them owned by Mike Sanders, Director of Media Services). The photographs are to be used in an upcoming web site that will be a feature tool used by Cincinnati Television History classes in the future. Some of the students that participated in the shoot are Karrie Leigh, Chris Parker, Adam Schmidt, Jane Fitzpatrick and Jay Gregory.
