Have you ever wanted to design a webpage, enhance a webpage with graphics and animation, and even manage a website and web server? RWC has launched a brand new Web Programming program this quarter. It is a joint program linked with the departments of Office Information Technology and Math, Physics, and Computer Sciences.
Web Programming is a two-year Associate of Applied Business degree program designed to prepare students to create, maintain, and program webpages and manage websites.
The program includes a paid internship component to give students on-the-job training related to coursework. Students in the program will attend classes on a full-time basis and work in a web programming-related position for 20 hours a week for one year. Through this program, students learn the fundamentals in class, while gaining necessary real-world work experience.
