New person to greet students in Enrollment Services

RWC is welcoming a new face into the Registration and Enrollment offices. Her name is Elizabeth (Liz) Doerning. The new title she will hold is “Public Inquiries Assistant.”The new position entails the responsibility of the front desk in Registration, where RWC students are usually seen.

“The students will not lose their jobs,” Jenny Young, Director of Enrollment stated.

Liz will be the first person that people contact. She will be in charge of answering phones, greeting people, working in customer service, and answering questions and concerns. The new position goes into effect on October 28.

She will work Monday through Friday and at special events. The position was developed in order for current and in-coming students to be able to obtain consistent and correct information concerning the school.

Liz Doerning attended California State University, University of California, and Arizona State University. She has completed courses in Business Administration, Library Science, Botany, Pharmacology, and Spanish. She has previously worked as a Research Assistant, a Development Computer Liaison, a Senior Library Consultant, a Product Services Associate for Johnson and Johnson, an Assistant to Public Relations, and a Public Library Assistant.
