Last week, RWC Student Government held “Coin Wars” and “Letters to the Troops” near Ray’s Cafe in Muntz Hall.The object of Coin Wars, aside from having fun, was to raise pennies for the spirit and service award at the leadership conference of the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA).
Last year, a delegation of student leaders from RWC won the NACA Great Lakes Region award.
Letters to the Troops is a way of recognizing those who have put their lives on the line, whether in sand or sea.
