Forum to cover work of W.E.B. DuBois

Dr. John E. Douglass, RWC Associate Professor of History, will present a forum on W.E.B. DuBois’ book, “The Souls of Black Folk.” This presentation will honor the 100 year anniversary of DuBois’ work. At the presentation of his 1903 treatise, DuBois stated, “for the problem of the twentieth century is the problem of color-line.” The RWC community is invited to hear this commentary on Tuesday, February 25, in Muntz 158. Information on this and other works by W.E.B. DuBois can be found at www.dc.peachnet.edu/shale/humanities/ composition/assignments/dubois.html.

This event is sponsored by Dr. John E. Douglass and the RWC Office of Multicultural Affairs
