Winter enrollment jumps up

Winter quarter enrollment at RWC has reached record levels in several key areas.Enrollment numbers at the Blue Ash campus jumped 6.6 percent during winter quarter. This means there are over 700 more course enrollments this winter than at this time last year.

Growth is also indicated by an increase in total credit hours, which shows a 7.1 percent gain.

“We’ve been able to balance the rate of growth while maintaining an exceptional quality of education,” explained Dean Barbara Bardes. “Student enrollment is up an average of 12 percent during the last three years and the credit-hour registration is up by 18 percent. During that time, we’ve also expanded both our career-based and transfer-based programs to better meet the needs of students.”

Currently, RWC offers more than sixty academic programs, including several new degree tracks and certifications in things like web page management, computer support technology, medical assisting programs, and pre-communication disorders.
