A Career Fair sponsored by Career Services will be held on Wednesday April 26 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. in the first floor corridor of Muntz Hall.
There will be lots of opportunities for you to meet local employers to discuss your career path after graduation. Representatives will be on hand from several companies to talk about full and part-time jobs as well as intern positions.
Career Services recommends that students come dressed in business casual attire (dress slacks & blouse for the women, dress slacks and shirt for the men – ideally no jeans or sneakers). It is also a good idea to bring a resume which can serve as a reminder to the recruiter of who you are when he/she gets back to the office.
A list of participating companies will be available in the Career Services office at 151 Muntz (across from the bookstore) several days before the fair.
To help prepare for the event you may stop by the Career Services office to look at the Job Search Handbook or have your resume reviewed by Tresha Lewis.
According to the Director of Career Services, Pam Lineback, “In this job market, an opportunity to meet with interested employers is one that everyone should be sure to explore.
