Senior Football Night couldn’t have gone better for the Bearcats on November 20, when they pounded the South Florida Bulls with the help of senior quarterback Gino Guidugli, who broke his own single-game passing record with 377 yards. The win was the Bearcats’ fourth consecutive and has now earned them eligibility for a bowl game. The win also helped the Cats streak into the record books with their fourth consecutive 40-plus point game, which hasn’t been done since they did it five times in 1953.
Other interesting facts/records from the game: the 577 yards of the offense, is 6th highest in school history; Guidugli has 76 career touchdowns, 2nd most in Conference history and hasn’t thrown an interception in 144 attempts; Hannibal Thomas has had four games with over 100 receiving yards.
