The Bengals road to glory

With the defeat of the Ravens, the Bengals seem to have gained back some of that orange and black fever that we saw so fervently in the first few games. One is then inevitably to ask “How then, with a 6-2 record, goes the season?” The answer to that is a little complex. With a 6-2 record (losses to Steelers and Jaguars) the Cincinnati Bengals have tied for the Winn ingest team in their division with the Pittsburgh Steelers. What is needed in the next seven regular season games is generally an overall winning record at least as good as the Steelers. The next game being on November 20 against the Colts at Paul Brown Stadium. The big game to watch will be Sunday, December 4 against the Steelers at Pittsburgh. This game may well be the tie breaker between the two long-standing rivals.
