Beginning January 10, 2006, RWC Learning Disability Specialist Mary Lou Ellison, M. S., will be conducting a series of workshops on anger management. Students can learn about the behaviors of anger and how anger affects themselves and others around them. Coping skills and relaxation techniques will also be discussed.
The workshop will meet on Tuesday afternoons in Muntz 111 from 4-5:30 p.m. and will run for ten weeks. For more information, contact Mary Lou Ellison in Disability Services in Muntz 112E or call 792-8625.
