Anger Management to be offered in spring

If you are suffering from rage (slapping, shoving, kicking), aggression (being overly critical or prejudiced), or rebelliousness (anti-social behavior or refusal to talk), then you probably have a temper problem and need anger management. Experts say that anger is a natural and common emotion, but many people are unable to manage it, and they let their anger take control of them. “Domestic abuse, road rage, workplace violence, divorce, and addiction are just a few examples of what happens when anger is mismanaged.” www.angermgmt.com.

The RWC Department of Disability Services will be providing an Anger Management series for Spring Quarter. Sessions will be on Tuesdays in Room 111; a time has not yet been set. For more information about the program, contact Disability Services at 792-8625.
