According to Chris Powers, RWC Enrollment Officer, winter term enrollment numbers are looking good, with the College boasting a 21.4 percent increase as of January 4 from last winter in new RWC students, or 45 actual new students. The stats, which compare this winter term to the same time frame a year ago, also show an increase of 1.9 percent in the number of student course enrollments, an increase of 1.6 percent in the number of credit hours generated, and an increase of 2.8 percent in non-RWC students enrolled for winter term.
Overall, RWC is up in student count from last year by 1.5 percent, which is 58 students. Statistics will continue to be tracked until the 17th date of the term, but numbers on the 14th day of the term are what is typically reported to the State.
