Now that the Provost has decided that RWC will remain a separate college of UC with its own Dean, the University will be starting the search process for a new permanent Dean. RWC Professor Charlotte Skinner is overseeing the selection of Search Committee members from among RWC faculty. RWC Assistant Dean Pamela Lineback is in charge of finding adequate student representation for the committee. There will also be several people on the committee who are not from the Campus. UC Dean Victoria Montavon is the Chair of the committee.
Don O’Meara has served as Interim Dean of RWC since September 2007, when the late Dean Dolores Straker had to take a medical leave of absence.
