All Four Tax Issues Approved by Ohio Voters

Results of the November 3 election show that Ohioans are still willing to pay taxes for improved services and programs. All of the levies on the ballot passed, and below is a brief synopsis of what those levies are and how much they will cost:Issue 4: $37.3 million to drug and alcohol prevention and treatment programs, run through the Talbert House.

Issue 5: $388.3 million to fund programs and services for people with mental disabilities.

Issue 6: $16.2 million to pay for utilities, insurance and building maintenance at Union Terminal in Queensgate.

Issue 7: $100 million for operation and maintenance of the 40-branch Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
