Lingerie, beautiful women, glamour, and all you could ask for are in this year Victoria’s Secret Fashion show, which is set to air December 1 at 10 p.m. on CBS. The host will be (drum roll, please) Heidi Klum. As one of Victoria’s Secret’s first angels and most popular models, Klum, sources say, is the best fit for being the host of the show.
Not only did she happily agree to be the host, but she is doing it only six weeks after giving birth to her baby boy, Lou Samuel. “Heidi is superwoman,” said Ed Razek, President and Chief Marketing Officer of Victoria Secret (quoted in People Magazine). “She had a baby a few weeks ago, and she is hosting the most high profile fashion show in the world. Victoria’s Secret is thrilled to have her back. There is no one like her.”
Everyone is thrilled to have Heidi as the host, because when people think Victoria’s Secret, they think Heidi.
Fellow Angel Alessandra Ambrosio, who is a new mom herself, agrees. “Heidi’s a great mom and she’s got so much going on,” she said. “She’s an inspiration.”
Everyone will get to see all the famous angels work that glitter runway yet again. Also, each year one model gets the honor to wear the famous $3 million diamond bra that is changed each year for purchase. Last worn and walked down the runway by famous Victoria Secret model, Gisele Bundchen, the bra is now being handed to Marisa Miller to wear this year.
“It is an enormous honor to wear the Fantasy bra,” Miller said. “It’s one of the main features in the Fashion Show every year, and I’m so excited to walk the runway in it.”
