When I was in high school, school to me was just a place for my friends and I to chill and have fun. There was no reason for any of us to really pay attention in class, because all we did was read, read, and read some more. My friends and I always had class together and always worked together. Even if we didn’t go to the same school, we all felt the same. School was a waste of time.
Then we all met at the University of Cincinnati, and school had a different meaning. School determined the rest of our life. If we didn’t make it out of here, we would be in trouble.
So we work hard here, and we respect hard work in return. I love the college life and new experiences that I am having. I realize the school is for me.
I can better myself, and I can learn a lot more. A place where I can enjoy learning and mature, school is now important, and now I realize that, thanks to all colleges around the world.
