Raymond Walters College is currently participating in the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Survey, a national survey project that provides information on student satisfaction and priorities. Faculty and staff at the College are also completing a companion instrument, the Noel-Levitz Institutional Priorities Survey. The student satisfaction survey instrument is designed to assess the total college experience by capturing students’ views of instruction, advising, registration, campus services, academic support, etc. The Institutional Priorities Survey measures faculty and staff views of students’ experiences and will be used to balance, verify and support the students’ perceptions gathered on the student survey. Together, the results will help the College identify opportunities and set priorities for improving campus programs and services. Both surveys are being administered Winter Quarter 2011 between February 7 and February 25. The student survey is being given in a random sample of approximately 70 classes, while the faculty and staff survey is being administered online. If you would like additional information about the Noel-Levitz surveys, contact Sandi Parker, Director of Institutional Research at 745-5736 or at Sandra.stockman@uc.edu.
