The staff of RWC Career Services will be hosting another Career and Job Fair on Wednesday, April 20, from 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the Muntz Lobby and hallways. Before the fair, attendees should update their resumés. Prepare a brief introduction about yourself, your major, etc. Furthermore, dress your best in a business casual or a professional outfit.
At the fair, bring a few copies of your resumé. When speaking with the organizer, discuss networking, job openings, and career paths within your major. Speak with confidence and enthusiasm, which will show that you have genuine interest in finding a job.
After the fair, schedule interviews with those that you found interesting. Also, send thank you notes to the employers expressing appreciation for their time at the Career Fair. In the thank you notes, reiterate your interest in them. Furthermore, try to negotiate a mutually convenient interview with them to further discuss job opportunities.
