As this quarter comes to an end, thus ending our school year, I would like to thank everyone for reading this.My randomness and thoughtfulness has been put into every article, and I hope I grabbed your attention the way I intended to.
This may be a bit unorthodox, but I would like to make a thank you letter.
Thank you, Professor Pettit, for putting up with my outbursts and “interesting” thoughts in class. I never thought I could learn more about women through cryptic prison writing.
Thank you, Professor O’Brien, for making Economics one of the most hysterical classes I have ever taken. I had no idea that there was a way that Economics related to how much pizza I consumed in one sitting.
Thank you, Professor Burns, for relating every English topic to a Bob Dylan song. I have never enjoyed an English class more than when we would bring up a Bob Dylan song and somehow you stayed on topic.
Lastly, thank you, Professor Roos. You made me realize, without knowing it, that my passion is really in journalism. Also, thank you for introducing me to your song “Stay Alive,” an epic undiscovered 80’s anthem.
I have met some amazing people this year, and I’ve loved every minute of it.
