New this Fall at UC Blue Ash is an Applied Administration degree. This degree is intended for students who already hold a technical associate’s degree, such as an Associate of Applied Science or an Associate of Applied Business.
This is an opportunity to take the next step in a professional career by fulfilling the required courses to receive a bachelor’s degree. With this degree you will have an edge to move into supervisory or administrative positions.
Professor Roger Hehman has put together this degree in hopes that it will push its students well above other applicants for prestigious jobs, or at least provide an equal playing field that would leave their resumé something worth negotiating over.
This isn’t an associate’s degree program. It is a program made so that students can achieve that bachelor’s that just fell out of sight for whatever reason.
Most of the focal points in the BTAS degree are team building ideas, organizational management, professional writing and statistics, and financial information for managers.
