Cincy Holiday Tradition Moves to Museum Center

If you love getting in the holiday spirit, then check out the Duke Energy Trains in their new home at the Cincinnati Museum Center beginning November 5. The trains are part of the Cincinnati Museum Center’s Holiday Junction, which will be open through January 1.  Duke Energy vouchers for the display will only be good through December 24, however.

With the new move from the Duke Energy lobby to the Museum Center downtown, the trains are on display for a longer period of time than from just after Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve. According to the Cincinnati Museum’s website, Duke Energy’s Vice President Johnna Reeder said this about the move: “Our employees and our company take a lot of pride in this annual tradition. We simply ran out of space in our lobby and finding volunteers and skilled employees to build and run the trains has been challenging. We wanted to make sure the display would live on in Greater Cincinnati forever.”
