Drake’s highly anticipated album “Take Care” dropped last week, and fans couldn’t be more excited. A week prior to its release, the album was leaked online. Fans who knew downloaded it immediately, with intentions still to buy the album.
Sources from MTV predicted that “Take Care” was expected to sell 675,000 to 725,000 within the first week alone. If these estimations are correct, then this will be Drake’s second chart-topping album. His first, “Thank Me Later,” sold an astonishing 477,000 within the first week.
“Take Care” hasn’t been out a week, so there’s no telling how much it has racked up in album sells just yet, but from what I’m hearing, everyone and their mothers can’t wait for Drake. This album without a doubt has traces of the old Drizzy that we’re used to and that we love so much. “Marvin’s Room,” “Headlines,” and “Take Care” are a few of the fan favorites.
My personal favorite has to be “We’ll Be Fine.” If you haven’t heard any of Drake yet, don’t worry; you will, whether on someone else’s song or through the radio.
He has the game in the palm of his hand, thanks to his clever lyrics and uncanny delivery style. It’s no wonder everyone wants to feature him on their track. Drake is simply hot right now, with no signs of cooling down.
