You can also input a custom food and its nutritional values, so you can get a more accurate count on your caloric intake. FitDay then saves the information so you can view how many calories you have eaten throughout the day. Another cool feature about this is that it also shows you a pie chart that breaks down how many calories came from fat, carbs, and protein. This is great for watching your weight.

Another great feature is that FitDay monitors everything on graphs for you. This is great, because it allows you to look back over your progress to analyze it and figure out kinks and fix them. You can look at graphs of your caloric intake, weight, activities, nutrition burned, and whether you met your nutritional requirements. You can look over them in weeks, months and up to a year back. This is much easier than graphing all of this by hand.

The weight monitor is great. It places your weight on a weight-height chart, so you can see if you are at a healthy weight, moderately over-weight, or severely over-weight. It also allows you to set a goal weight and date.
