The RWC Medical Assistant Program in the Department of Office Information Technology has received accreditation from the Commission on Accreditations of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).This program received the accreditation upon a recommendation of the curriculum review board of the American Association of Medical Assistants Endowment. This is one of the largest program accreditation organizations in the health sciences field. The board reviews and accredits over 200 educational programs in 20 health science occupations.
