The RWC Student Chapter of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians (SCNAVTA) is sponsoring a supply drive called “Santa Paws” to assist the Preble County Humane Association. The Preble County animal shelter recently moved to a new facility and is in dire need of supplies. The shelter could use your help with donations ranging from dog collars and leashes, animal toys and blankets, to ink cartridges and other office supplies, as well as laundry detergent and other cleaning products. A complete list of the Preble County Animal Shelter’s wish list can be found on flyers circulating RWC’s campus, as well as in the vet tech building. All donations will be greatly appreciated by humans and homeless animals alike. Donations can be new and gently used items. Collection containers can be found in SAHB near room 100, Muntz near room 119 as well as in the Veterinary Technology Building. Donations will be accepted through December 5.
