RWC Facilities Management has united with the Business Office to form a new unit called Administrative Services. This assimilation has created a convenience center for faculty and staff. According to Director Gene Kramer, the new arrangement allows faculty and staff to have their maintenance and administrative needs met quickly.The new office, which Gene Kramer oversees, is still responsible for the mail, copy services, billing and construction, as well as maintenance.
Administrative Services has also implemented an internal e-mail communication system, which will allow faculty and staff to send an e-mail with the need in the “subject” line. This new system will cause the service to be dispensed to the correct person, and the issue will be resolved efficiently.
