Mastering Sentence Skills, taught by Professor Barbara Hansen, will be offered once again in the fall to RWC students. Hansen says the course is designed to help students write clear, effective sentences. “This is an effective class for students who have attempted Business English, Preparatory English, or English Composition 101, 102, or 103 and had difficulty doing well because they lacked basic skills in sentence structure, punctuation, or grammar,” she said.”The course is for any student who has problems with basic grammar.”
The course was inadvertently left out of the printed schedule of classes for fall, but it does appear in on-line listings.
