If you are a parent attending RWC and searching for a babysitter, look no further; just give the RWC Child Care Center a call.The Child Care Center is located in the Flory Center, which is behind the Science and Allied Health Building (SAHB). The Center is open daily beginning at 7:45 a.m. There are various closing hours, working around the schedules of the parents. The staff there is fully capable to handling any accidents. They are certified in both First Aid and CPR.
The center is open for children from the ages of eighteen months to five years old. The room is divided into two rooms, the toddlers and the preschoolers. In the toddler room, there is one adult to every five children. In the preschool room, there is one adult to every ten children. During the time they are there, the children take part in many different learning and fun activities.
There is only room for about forty children to be enrolled at once. If you are interested in getting more information or enrolling your child/children, contact Daileen Means at 745-5640 or pick up an application in the Registration Office in Muntz Hall.
