As a student Mr. Farmer believes he should be concerned with the activities of his Student Government. He is absolutely correct. His concerns about government activities, elections, and committees are founded.Let us be thankful that the Raymond Walters College is blessed with very capable students studying Ophthalmology. They will be able to show him Student Government posters at the entrances of Muntz, SAHB, and the Flory Center. They may even be able to show him the minutes on file in the library.
Of course, Mr. Farmer is certainly aware that all Student Government meetings are open to the public since The Activist regularly has a representative present. All meetings are noted in the free “2001-2002 Student Handbook” available in the Peer Center in the Flory Center. If Mr. Farmer is adventurous he might even come inside the office to visit the Student Government representatives on-hand in the office.
Respectfully,
Justin Binik-Thomas
