RWC and Blue Ash Elementary Forge Partnership for Hands on Science Project

University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters College and Blue Ash Elementary School recently partnered to brind the Hands on Science program to Blue Ash Elementary students. Hands on Science is a national nonprofit community-based program that provides science enrichment and active involvement in experiments, games, music and projects for students from Pre-K to sixth grade. The one-hour classes took place after school at Blue Ash Elementary and continued for eight Wednesdays from January 22 through March 19. Students learned about a myriad of science topics including how magnets work, the pulley system, elctric circuitry, the wheel and axle and more.
