According to UCBA Dean Cady Short-Thompson, although Multicultural Special Projects Coordinator Helen Kegler has retired, the College remains committed to students and will continue to support diversity within the UCBA community.
Until a new person is found to take over the position of Coordinator of Multicultural Affairs, Marcus Langford, UCBA Director of Student Life, is responsible for these duties. In addition, the Dean said that the College is also conducting a search to fill a newly created position of Coordinator for Student Veteran Affairs.
“These positions will support our students in strong and impactful ways,” the Dean said. “We will share more information about these roles and expected outcomes in the months ahead.”
