Dental Hygiene students must complete a specific number of patient treatments in order to obtain a passing grade. Fees are generally low and an appointment is necessary. Students schedule their own appointments, therefore, if you need to cancel for whatever reason, you need to give the student at least twenty four hours advanced notice.
All treatments, which are evaluated by faculty members, last between two and four hours. Also, it may take two or more appointments to thoroughly complete the treatment.
