RWC is currently in the process of searching for a new Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. The Academic Affairs Office oversees many tasks that help to improve the quality of instruction at RWC, such as supervising the Advising Center and coordinating curriculum development. The process to find a new Associate Dean has seemingly been very thorough. The four remaining applicants have gone through several interviews, including an open discussion with students in April.
The committee in charge of the search, chaired by RWC Philosophy Professor Joseph McClusky, has recently concluded interviews and will be making a recommendation to the Dean shortly.
