Upcoming Awards Ceremony Celebrating the Best

On May 13, Dean Cady Short-Thompson will be hosting an event entitled Celebrating the Best. The event will be held at the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash. A reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. The ceremony will start at 6:30 p.m. The ceremony will start with a welcome by the President of RWC Student Government Megan Branham. Dean Short-Thompson will be the Master of Ceremonies. The award presentations will start off with awards for outstanding service. There will be awards for Student Government, Dean’s List, Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges, Academic Department Awards, Scholarship Recipients, Honor Student of the Year candidates, Honor Student of the Year 2011, and Recognition of Honor Graduates. The closing will be done by Dean Short-Thompson. This event is done to honor this year’s academic, scholarship, and Dean’s list award winners.
