Crime Mob brings to you its second album entitled “Hated on Mostly.” You may remember their self-titled debut album back in 2004. We can definitely see that Crime Mob has come a long way since then. One of the popular songs off their first album was “Knuck if You Buck.” This song featured Lil’ Scrappy, much like their new hit “Rock Yo Hips.” Lil Scrappy provides some good lyrics for the album–definitely a lot better than what he provides on his own tracks.
With a combination of female and male MC’s, Crime Mob finds a great balance between the genders. Princess and Diamond play a huge part in the success of this album. Not only do they provide great lyrics, but they also provide that female touch that will make any female want to be them, and any male want to be with them.
The southern style of their beats creates a hard hitting combination to support their hard hitting lyrics. Crime Mob has definitely stepped up to the plate with this album. The title says it all, “Hated on Mostly.” This album shows the haters that they are here to stay and nothing will stop them from bringing out the crunk.
