The “Grindhouse” double feature is classic Rodriguez and Tarantino filmmaking. Robert Rodriguez wrote and directed “Planet Terror.” Quentin Tarantino wrote and directed “Death Proof.” Both features are not what you would expect from a movie with today’s standards, but anyone who knows the styles of these two twisted directors will know exactly what the movies are going to be like.
Neither of these movies are for the faint of heart, but with Tarantino, you know the movie will be far out and have plenty of blood, guts, and gore.
Aside from the two movies, there are also fake trailers in between the movies. If you like sex, speed, guns, and killing, then “Grindhouse” is for you.
