Techno World: If You Like Movies, Movie Pass is a Good Deal

I like movies way too much, probably because I can't afford to see every movie I want, which is all of them, even the really bad ones. For a college student who works part time, a habit like this is a large drain on my bank account.
This has always been a problem for me. Fortunately I've had a friend who's worked on and off at different movie theaters for the past six years, and he has sometimes gotten me passes to satisfy my desires to see movies, but we can only go when it's convenient for both us and if he wants to see the movie and can get free tickets, which isn't all that often.
But I recently signed up for a program that makes going to the movies 3 or 4 times a week both affordable and easy. It's something called Movie Pass, and it has made going out with friends to see movies so much easier than I ever would have imagined.
For Movie Pass you only have to pay $35 a month plus a $25 signup fee. That's $445 a year, and you have to stay signed up for a year the first time you sign up for it. This sounds like a great deal, considering that after you see four movies in a month, you start saving money.
Every program comes with a few rules, and Movie Pass's really aren't that bad. You can see a film in any theater once within a 24-hour time span. So unfortunately you can't see your favorite movie as many times as you want or have a day where you do nothing but see movies. You also cannot access any kind of special movie with Movie Pass.
When you sign up for Movie Pass, you're mailed a Discover "credit card" and a login to access their app from your smart phone, which is required. You can't do this on the Internet unfortunately.
From there you now have access to around 95 percent of movie theaters in the US for a free ticket a day. But don't forget the monthly fee.
It makes going to the theater something that no longer costs me more money than I should spend in a week, but an easy way to have fun at a moment's notice, and I can see any movie I want that's in theaters.
