Allied Health Classes Promote Fitness

"There are health benefits to being active," says Professor Ryan Hopper.
This year at UCBA there are two classes being offered that provide information on staying active and doing it in the safest and best way possible. 
These classes are called "Walking for Fitness" and "Running for Fitness." In them you'll learn things like pacing, stretching, and what clothing to wear while doing physical activity. 
What are the best things about these courses besides a knowledgable professor?  Well, there is no book and no final and you get to go outside, just like in your elementary days, and engage in activity. 
But the most important thing is you will no longer be uninformed about how to take care of your body. You'll even get taught diet information as well.
