Alonzo was awful. Could barely hear them half the time, they took forever, and didn’t give us the key at first to get in. Then, after we called, said they would be right up to help. Twenty minutes later we called again, they got frustrated and told us to wait longer. We went back to the office and they gave us a key to get in. It was the wrong key. We went back, and they were frustrated with us and two people were also frustrated in the office. They gave us the correct key finally and we got in. We brought the key back, and they said nothing with a pissy look on their face.
