The Internet: Myspace TV competes with Youtube

It's the time of the year when students get a break for the holidays, and some people will be busy, but some people, like kids who are home all day, will look for something to do to pass the time. If you are a member of Myspace, you should have plenty to do. One thing you might want to try is their video collection. People from all over the world upload their videos onto this site. Many of these may be on Youtube eventually, but many people, like me, for instance, upload videos for personal use onto Myspace for my site.

They have a wide variety of things to watch: everything from music videos and trailers to home videos and montages. It is insane the kind of stuff you can find.

Just hit "Search," and everything from the music video for Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" to a teenager's birthday party can be there at your disposal. The site is called -MySpaceTV officially. A cool feature is that you can search by person, so if you like your friend Kelly's videos, you can search and watch all her videos at one time.

Another interesting thing is that you can make comments about the videos, and you can add videos you like directly to your Myspace profile or to your Favorites. Then you can go and look at it whenever you want without having to put it on your site. Overall, I enjoy this site and hope you will too.
