Mid-Term Stress Relief

By David Berning
On September 24, 2012

The first ever semester school year is underway and in full swing, which could only mean one thing, right? Stress.
Don't stress out too much yet because during the week of October 8-12, the Student Life Office will be hosting a "Mid-Semester Stress Relief Week."
Whether you are taking six credit hours or eighteen credit hours, college can be stressful. We are all probably feeling it by now with late night study sessions, project making, and essay writing.
In the past the College provided students with several stress free activities, including outdoor games and free back massages. Who doesn't like a free back massage? Many of these events take place in the common area right outside the One Stop office.
If you have any questions about this, visit Marcus Langford in the Student Life Office (M127).
