New Modular Building to Replace Pavilions

By Henry Haskamp
On September 20, 2013

The new modular building behind the pavilions will replace the pavilions during Spring Semester, Tom Cruse, UCBA Director of Special Projects, said last week.
The goal is for the new facility to be completed hopefully by the end of February. When they're ready to be used, all Pavilion classes will move to the new building, Cruse said.
There will be eight classrooms in the new buildings compared to the six currently in use in the three Pavilion buildings.
New features being added in the modular building that the pavilions do not have are a lounge area, a group study area similar to the ones currently found in the library, and restrooms.
