Video Games: Dungeons and Dragons of Skyrim
This week I'm doing a review on "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim." This game will probably be one of the best action role-playing games you will ever play.
Skyrim is a first-person action role-playing game that is only single-player but don't let that stir you away from its greatness. The massive world of Skyrim will leave you more than occupied with over hundreds of quests to embark upon and many treasures you can find and unlock.
In Skyrim you are a warrior in a medieval fantasy epic, where dragons and the undead roam along the plains waiting for you. The game heavily focuses on your decision-making, allowing you to fully embrace your character by giving you a choice for any aspect of the game.
Any of the numerous weapons, suits of armor, spells, and physical abilities can be customized to the way that you want.
The fighting controls on this game are amazing. Skyrim is very smooth when it comes to combat, especially how quickly this game runs. There is even an added setting where you can change from a 1st person view to 3rd person.
The visuals and display of the Skyrim world will most likely be the most awe-inspiring aspect of the game. The world of Skyrim will literally feel like it is its own world, with so much land to travel on, with its many people and monsters.
The view of the world is also breath taking. Even the in-game night sky of this Elder Scroll installment looks more real than the actual night sky.
With all of these pros in mind, I have to give "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" five slain dragons out of five.
